Technical writing expert Rebecca Schwartz has worked as an editor, writer, and writing teacher. In this course, Rebecca will teach you the skills you need to be successful as you write technical documentation for audiences of all skill and knowledge levels.  

You’ll learn the purposes and qualities of good technical writing and the key elements of technical documentation. You’ll learn a six-step process for technical writing and how to adapt your writing to the knowledge level of your audience. You’ll also learn how to write clear instructions that people can actually follow! You’ll learn important technical terms and how to use them in your writing as well as some best practices for adding visuals to your technical materials.
