This course will show you how to leverage Copilot as an AI assistant for email and scheduling, transforming the way you handle routine communication tasks. We focus on how Copilot works alongside you in Outlook – not on basic Outlook usage – and demonstrate how it can radically improve common workflows. In particular, we’ll explore the two main interfaces of Copilot in Outlook: the Copilot chat pane (a sidebar for conversational prompts) and integrated email features like Summarize and Draft with Copilot.
