Welcome to the topic of continuous quality improvement (CQI)! CQI: Charts is a video course that describes a variety of charts that are useful for measuring and analyzing performance to continuously improve quality. This video lesson, Types of Charts, is the first of eight. In this lesson, learners will get a crash course in several of the most common types of charts used in CQI initiatives. In the end, learners will know the difference between the various chart types and will know the circumstances in which certain chart types should be used.
