Welcome to the Decision-Making: Groups series of video lessons, which provides tools for successfully making high-impact decisions as a group. This video lesson, Other Decision Tools, is the eighth in a series of nine. In this lesson, three major decision-making tools are described: the DECIDE concept, PEARL Model and the Delphi Method. These are supplemented by descriptions of the process and many benefits of each tool. The lesson concludes with a discussion of a couple other lesser-known tools to help the viewer navigate the decision-making process.
