Welcome to the Decision-Making: Groups series of video lessons, which provides tools for successfully making high-impact decisions as a group. This video lesson, Using a Decision Matrix, is the sixth of nine. From this lesson, the learner gains a sense of the variety of uses and kinds of decision matrices, and there are also helpful tips for methods of constructing a matrix. Some of the different kinds of matrix discussed are the priority matrix, impact-changeability matrix, and the need-feasibility matrix.
