Welcome to the “Benefits of Critical Thinking in the Workplace” lesson designed to help learners understand why critical thinking matters. This lesson is the first of three in the “Critical Thinking 101” course, which will teach viewers how to develop themselves into critical thinkers. In this experience, learners will be taught what critical thinking is and why it’s useful in the workplace. By the end of this lesson, viewers will walk away knowing the four primary benefits of being able to critically think so they can understand how they can use this skill in their own roles.
