Students will explore the core concepts of generative AI and how Microsoft 365 Copilot leverages Microsoft Graph for context-aware assistance, while building a strong understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and organizational data protection. The course then advances into practical skills including crafting effective prompts, managing Copilot conversations, and building and configuring custom Copilot agents with tailored knowledge bases.
